Concentrated mix for the making of seed bread. A deep, dark blend of multi-cereals, featuring a great taste of roasted malt, complemented by rye sourdough and crispy seeds. Ingredients: Brown linseeds, yellow linseeds, wheat gluten, sunflower seeds, soya semolina, sesame seeds, deactivated and dehydrated rye sourdough, barley flour, toasted barley malt, wheat bran, flour treatment agent (E300), enzyme (xylanase, alpha-amylase).
